- Progress continues on preparation of the site for shoring and excavation
- To prepare for shoring, a layer of topsoil is being removed from our site and replaced with shale
- Shoring is scheduled to begin first thing next week
- New fencing has been erected around our site, including a delineation setting the boundaries of our onsite parkland dedication
- The site is now being prepared for the shoring drilling equipment
- Demolition is now complete
- Shale is being brought onsite to backfill the voids left from demolishing the house foundations
- Once all backfilling is complete, the site will be graded in preparation for the beginning of shoring
- All houses have now been demolished
- Work continues on removing the house foundations and cleaning the site up in preparation for shoring and excavation
- Shoring is expected to begin next week
- Demolition is progressing on schedule, with over half of the houses making up the new project site now demolished
- Placement of the temporary fencing surrounding the site has been adjusted to allow for an even greater setback from the sidewalk and better visibility for turning cars at the corner of Soudan and Redpath
- Demolition has begun, starting with 71 and 73 Redpath Ave.
- A regular spray down is being employed to control the amount of dust
- Demolition is expected to last no more than four weeks
- We will be beginning our demolition on September 23, 2019
- We will be demolishing for approximately four weeks during which time the site will be fenced off for safety
- Dust mitigation and traffic control plans will be enforced
